Aufgaben

• Support of the Legal Department team
• Responsible for legal and regulatory matters of Asset Management
• Storage of physical and electronic contracts and maintenance of investment fund databases for contract management
• Administrative activities for the maintenance of investment funds
• Control and Management of fund documentation regarding registrations, tax figures, projects
• Administration of annual reports
• Forwarding of reports to the Senior Management, committees and authorities
• Support and coordination of internal and external stakeholders and service providers
• Co-organisation of the General Secretariat regarding meetings, video conferences, etc.
• Support of group projects of the Legal Department

Qualifikation

• Bachelor in Economic Law or Paralegal studies
