- Review and Improve existing contracts

Main responsibilities include:
Under Corporate Law, the incumbent is expected to :
- Provide legal opinion on corporate movements, mergers, and acquisition
- Create a legal framework legal due diligence on acquisitions
- Create necessary processes for review and improvement of corporate documentation of FLI and Affiliate Companies
