Paraplanning Team Leader

I'm currently working with a growing financial planning firm in East Birmingham that is looking to appoint a Technical Paraplanning Team Leader.

The business is looking for a technically strong Paraplanner who can act as the go-to technical expert, support complex client cases and help lead a small team.

You will lead a team of two Paraplanners and provide technical support to three Trainee Advisers, while remaining hands‑on with paraplanning and complex financial planning work.
