Parcels Operations Leader: Safety & Performance

Team Global Express in Christchurch is seeking a Parcels Manager to lead the day-to-day performance of our Christchurch Parcels operation. This hands-on leadership role focuses on keeping freight moving safely and efficiently, supporting your team to deliver, and maintaining high operational standards.

You will drive daily planning, coach staff, manage labour and KPIs, ensure scanning and DG requirements are followed, and partner with transport and customer service teams to meet DIFOT goals.
