Job Description
Take charge of operations at Parrish & Heimbecker as an Operations Manager located in Dutton, MB. This role focuses on the efficient running of grain and crop facilities.
As the Operations Manager, you will lead the safe and effective operations of the grain elevator and crop input facility. This includes direct responsibility for business development, customer service, quality control, and staff management. • Oversee daily operations and maintenance requirements
