About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Part-Time 2IC to support the Store Manager in leading our Clarks Eastland team. This is a 12-month maternity cover contract, offering a great opportunity to step into a leadership role and grow within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving KPIs (UPT, ATV, conversion)
- Lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service
- Assist with daily store operations including stock management, VM, and rostering
