This Contract to permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order in a busy workplace, serving as a detail-oriented first point of contact, and providing dependable administrative support across a range of business needs. The role combines front desk coordination, office administration, and executive scheduling, with opportunities to assist in meetings, events, and company conference planning. Hours for this position are Monday-Thursday 9am-3pm.
