Job Description
Responsibilities
- 1. Ensure smooth running of daily operations of the programmes in CampusImpact, which includes planning and conducting programmes that will develop the students’ social and emotional competencies.
- 2. To interact with the students on a regular basis over a prolonged duration through positive mentoring support for students.
- 3. To connect with students, build positive relationships and contribute to the holistic development of the students.
- 4. To observe, identify and listen out for some of the key needs of the students.
- 5. To provide para-counselling support for students who have been identified with potential issues. If deemed necessary, the students will be referred for appropriate interventions.
- 6. To plan and conduct programmes customised to students' needs and integrated to CampusImpact's efforts in character developmenet in consultation with the Programme Executive and leadership team at CampusImpact.
