Job Description

Sunrise Services, Inc. is seeking a Participant Care Plan Coordinator for our Supported Living Program! 
General Responsibilities: Managebehavioral instruction and support services for participants with developmental disabilities. Manage staff and ensure the effectiveness of client services.Promote dignity, respect, and a high quality of life for the participants. Ensure that all participants receive care, support, and assistancein accordance with agency, local, state, and federal guidelines.
