About The Role
As a Regional Partner Sales Manager at Enfuce, you'll play a key role in driving revenue by identifying and securing strategic partners across Europe. This is a commercial, outbound-focused role for someone who thrives on building new relationships and creating opportunities from scratch.
Partnerships are one of Enfuce's primary routes to market. You'll help accelerate our expansion by building relationships with regional ecosystem players—including core banking platforms, ISVs, consultancies and fintech infrastructure providers—that unlock new customers, strengthen local credibility and create scalable routes to market.
You'll own the partner acquisition journey from prospecting and outreach through to negotiation and onboarding. Success isn't measured by the number of partnerships signed, but by the commercial opportunities, market access and long‑term growth those partnerships create.
