noon OUT is building the partnerships engine that funds and accelerates growth across the going‑out experience in the UAE — dining, entertainment, activities, and everything people do when they head out. This role owns bank and non‑bank partnerships end‑to‑end — sourcing, negotiation, activation, and performance — turning co‑funded offers into a durable, margin‑accretive acquisition and retention channel.
