Job Description
ACMobility is looking for a Parts Admin Assistant to support inventory accuracy, parts availability, and administrative coordination within the Aftersales Department of Mobility Access Philippines Ventures Inc.
The role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting parts registration and ordering processes, and coordinating across Procurement, Logistics, and dealer partners. This position ensures efficient parts operations, timely processing of transactions, and adherence to internal controls to support overall aftersales performance.
