Parts Interpreter

What you’ll be doing

• Helping customers identify and source the right parts
• Navigating systems and catalogues to find solutions quickly
• Processing sales, orders, and warranty claims
• Supporting warehouse and dispatch when needed
• Keeping the store organised and customer-ready
• Working closely with your team to keep operations running smoothly

What we’re looking for

• Experience in parts interpreting OR strong mechanical/automotive knowledge
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• A team player who’s happy to roll up their sleeves
• Someone reliable with a positive, can‑do attitude
