Pastry Demi Chef de Partie — Create & Lead Desserts

Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to lead a dedicated pastry section within our luxury restaurant and outlets. You will craft high-end desserts, manage portions, and ensure consistency across all offerings.

You will supervise Commis Pastry, uphold HACCP standards, maintain cleanliness, and collaborate with culinary teams to deliver memorable guest experiences. A strong eye for detail and creativity are essential.
