London's most talked about pastry sections, turning out restaurant desserts and showpieces for private
events. Every plate is an occasion, and pastry is where a lot of the magic
happens.
We are looking for a Junior
Pastry Sous Chef with real ambition to join the London brigade. This is a
chance to sharpen your craft alongside an experienced team, take ownership of
your section, and build your career within a celebrated London property that
takes pastry seriously.
