Your new role

Handling patent and industrial design matters

Drafting patent specifications, assisting in the preparation, filing, prosecution, allowance, grant and maintenance of patent and industrial design applications in Malaysia and Brunei Darussalam, handling opposition proceedings, etc.

Instructing our foreign associates to apply for, prosecute and maintain registration of patents and industrial designs outside of Malaysia, including preparation of substantive arguments and/or amendments
