**What You ll Do:**

+ Manage Payload CONOPS and Operations requirements over the program lifecycle including requirement elicitation from mission CONOPS, definition, analysis, allocation, verification and validation.
+ Guide payload subsystem development with a focus on supporting the mission CONOPS, subsystem interfaces, and timelines.
+ Gather needs and input from stakeholders, and translate them into payload constraints, operating procedures, and command sequences.
