As a Payment Lifecycle Specialist IV within the Static team, you will be primarily responsible for on‑boarding and maintenance of new services for existing clients on various systems. You will execute tasks assigned in the group, including setting up client records on the system, maintaining work logs, investigating exceptions, and more.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate addition and updating of client information in respective functional applications, global systems, and mainframes.
• Manage the workflow of BAU, handling requests made to the Static Team from CSO’s, Implementation Team, and internal departments.
• Ensure work is processed within established timeframes, subject to the necessary controls, so that targets are met.
