You will own: Client onboarding and go-live readiness Senior relationships with key stakeholders across partner organisations Payment operations across corridors Partner coordination, including dependencies, escalations, documentation, and operational readiness Exception handling for delayed or failed payment flows Runbooks, SOPs, checklists, and trackers Internal and client-facing updates Feedback loops between clients, partners, product, and engi...
