Role At A GlanceThe Payments Operations Lead will own the execution, hardening, and scaling of Yaydoo's payments operation.
The product is already live and processing real volume; this role is about turning a launched capability into a reliable, repeatable, and growing payments business.Day one, this person will focus on Yaydoo.
As the operation matures, the role is expected to expand into broader LATAM payments initiatives and selected Paystand business units.
The path is from focused ownership to regional and multi‐BU leadership, earned through strong execution, operational rigor, and business impact.This is a hands‐on, cross‐functional role working closely with product, engineering, compliance, finance, treasury, CX, and the Yaydoo business team.
