Job Description
Join OPP Talent as a Payroll Administrator in Downtown Montreal, supporting health care payroll operations. This temporary position is vital for accurate payroll processing and employee support.
This role is a maternity leave replacement for 12-18 months, requiring strong bilingual skills and proficiency in payroll systems. Responsibilities include weekly payroll processing, responding to employee inquiries, and updating employee records. Familiarity with ADP WorkforceNow is beneficial, you will also liaise with the Accounting department for monthly reports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll weekly for Eastern and Western regions
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll
• Calculate and enter monthly bonus data accurately
• Update employee files, including rates and terminations
• Produce payroll reports for the Accounting department
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
