Job Description

Portfolio Payroll are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator for a business based in Lancaster City Centre on a permanent basis. The role is a great role for someone looking to build and develop their career in Payroll.

As a Payroll Administrator, you main duties and responsibilities are:

Inputting timesheets onto payroll system
Raising invoices
Processing weekly and monthly payroll for a portfolio of clients
Dealing with general payroll queries over phone and email
Processing statutory payments such as sick pay and parental leave
Processing tax and national insurance accurately
Processing employee expenses
Adhoc payroll responsibilities
