Payroll Analyst

About the Position

The People & Culture Team is currently seeking a Payroll Analyst to join our team. The Payroll Analyst will operate as a subject matter expert in payroll execution and workforce data analysis. This role is responsible for independently managing complex, high‑volume payroll processes for up to 1,800 Alberta‑based employees using ADP and Celayix, while ensuring compliance with provincial and federal legislation. The role serves as the primary point of accountability for payroll accuracy, statutory remittances, reconciliations, and reporting deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Executing full‑cycle payroll for salaried and hourly employees using ADP Workforce Now, including time tracking validation via Celayix.
