Payroll Consultant

This role will be responsible as part of the ASEAN HK Centre of Excellence managing full set payroll processing and supporting for five countries (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Hong Kong) with approximately 1,500 associates. The role involves the full cycle of payroll processing such as payroll calculation, reconciliation, generating reports, updating and managing employee data in Workday (HRIS System) and other backend processes. Additional responsibilities include monitoring processing checklists and calendars, maintaining precise documentation, providing data and reports for statutory filings by stipulated deadlines, and managing employee leave and benefit plans.
