Job Description

ATCO Gas Australia delivers essential energy services across Western Australia. We’re looking for an experienced Payroll Lead to support accurate, compliant and reliable payroll delivery in a complex environment.

Reporting to the Manager, P&C Services, this role provides day-to-day leadership of the payroll team and supports delivery through a HR and payroll system transition, including post go-live stabilisation.


It will suit someone who’s comfortable working through change while keeping business-as-usual payroll outcomes on track.


What you’ll be doing

  • Keeping payroll cycles running smoothly, accurately and on time, with a strong focus on consistency each cycle
  • Staying across risks, picking up issues early and working through them before they escalate
  • Supporting and guiding the team day to day, providing clarity and direction where needed
