We are seeking a detail‑oriented Payroll Officer to manage and process payroll for our food and beverage operations. The role involves ensuring accurate and timely compensation for employees, including those on shifting schedules, and maintaining compliance with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process end‑to‑end payroll for F&B staff, including regular, contractual, and seasonal employees
- Monitor attendance, timekeeping, overtime, and shift differentials
- Ensure accurate computation of wages, tips (if applicable), service charges, and deductions
- Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of employee information
- Coordinate with HR and Finance regarding employee data, benefits, and payroll adjustments
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, taxes, and statutory contribution
- Handle payroll‑related inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly
