About the role
- Autonomously manage end-to-end payroll functions across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for weekly and monthly cycles.
- Accurately interpret Industrial Awards/Agreements and relevant legislation.
- Skilfully process all end-of-pay and end-of-month requirements, including general ledger reporting, reconciliations, payroll tax submission, and superannuation clearing house management.
- Ensure compliance with Australia and New Zealand legislative and statutory obligations through precise reporting and documentation.
