Payroll Specialist Lead – Global Payroll Operations

Remote is a fully remote company that helps businesses recruit, pay, and manage international teams across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject‑matter expert for the assigned country.
• Manage relationships with Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineering stakeholders.
• Process full end‑to‑end payroll including statutory filing, exceptions, approvals, payments and compliance.
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and accurate accounting/reconciliations.
• Focus on KPIs and SLAs, and continuously improve processes.
• Mentor and support payroll specialists and back up regional managers during absences.

Qualifications

• Payroll management or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of payroll best practices.
• Proficiency with SAP, Excel, or Google Sheets.
