**Main Responsibilities**:
- Perform the calculation and execution of periodic payrolls: weekly, biweekly (14-day), and monthly (IRS).
- Receive, follow up on, and update payroll incidents.
- Manage data related to payroll and compensation.
- Handle special payrolls: year-end bonus, vacation premium, severance payments, retroactive payments, and bonuses.
- Administer the grocery voucher benefit.
- Reconcile internal payroll systems with SAT (Mexican tax authority) records.
