Payroll Systems Operations Lead

Manage payroll processes as a Payroll Systems Operations Lead. Process payroll accurately while ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
In this role, you'll conduct data validation on pay calculations and resolve payroll discrepancies. You will be responsible for training new payroll administrators and supporting system updates for collective agreements. Maintaining confidentiality and fostering positive relationships within the organization is also essential to this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and review payroll for timely and accurate disbursement
• Validate pay calculations for all employee changes and terminations
• Resolve issues related to retroactive pay and corrections
