We are partnering with a highly recognised organisation based in Sydney's Inner West that is seeking an experienced Payroll Team Leader to join their collaborative finance team on an initial 3-month temporary assignment, with strong potential to transition into a permanent opportunity. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support management of a payroll team of 5 in a high-volume environment
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple entities
  • Process monthly and weekly payroll cycles for 3,000+ employees
  • Oversee payroll reconciliations and month-end reporting
  • Ensure payroll compliance with relevant legislation and awards
  • Work closely with stakeholders across finance and operations
