Job Description
As a trainee, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:
Partner with P&C Operations teams to understand what colleagues need (and when) to run processes well, and translate that into clear documentation requirementsLearn SCOR’s approach to information architecture (how we organise, label and publish content) and apply it so people can quickly find the right guidanceWork with the team to simplify technical and operational information (process steps, controls, roles and responsibilities) into practical guidance for end usersEdit and proofread content before review by process owners (accuracy, structure, tone, and alignment to SCOR standards)Create high-quality documentation, guides and tutorials (e.g., new ways of working, process improvements, governance and controls)Keep content up to date by refreshing documentation when processes, tools or governance change, and by applying version control and clear change n...
