Role Summary
The People Analyst will support the Insights & Analytics team by transforming people data into clear, accurate, and actionable insights that help leaders make better workforce decisions. This role will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to understand business questions, identify the data needed to answer them, analyze trends, and synthesize findings into simple, compelling reports and recommendations.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in HR data, reporting, and analytics who is comfortable working in Power BI and Oracle Cloud, including OTBI reporting across Human Capital Management and Oracle Recruiting Cloud modules.
