People & Capability Partner - NZ HR Advisor

Skyline is a global tourism and hospitality business with two New Zealand locations (Queenstown or Rotorua). As a generalist HR partner, you will deliver comprehensive HR services across the employee lifecycle and trusted advisory to operations leaders.

You will build strong relationships, drive people initiatives, and coordinate projects across sites. The role requires problem solving, resilience and the ability to balance operational demands in a dynamic business environment.
