   About the Role  
 
 As the People & Culture Consultant, you will be joining a dynamic Workplace Relations and Governance team, for a 6 month contract role, to cover a staff member's parental leave period.
 
 Your key duties and responsibilities will include:
 Conduct thorough investigations into workplace relations issues, ensuring fairness and compliance with organisational policies and legal requirements.
 Assist and advise leaders in managing complex cases related to employee performance, behaviour, and conduct, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
