People & Culture Specialist

The People & Culture Specialist plays a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle and fostering a positive, high-performing Wright Group workplace culture.

This role is responsible for delivering people-focused initiatives across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, employee relations, and HR administration while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
