About The Role
Arag have a new opening for a Senior Associate – People & Performance, this is a unique role focused on team management and development rather than a technical legal position.
The role will have responsibility for the management of a team and in conjunction with the Senior Associate – Technical you will ensure that our customers receive the highest standard of service whilst ensuring the efficient management of caseloads.
Utilising Management Information, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements, monitoring case throughput to achieve expected performance levels and delivering the financial plan for your team.
You will also be responsible for ensuring the team are managed in line with DAS policies including the requirements of the DAS Law Supervision Policy.
