The role
You’ll own paid acquisition end-to-end across Meta and Google for our D2C clients — measured on one thing above all: did you make their ad spend profitable, and did you scale it. This isn’t a button-pushing seat. You set the strategy, build the campaign architecture, read the data, and make the calls that move ROAS. Hit your targets and your variable kicks in — your upside is tied to the exact number you control.
What you’ll do
- Own and scale Meta and Google Ads campaigns for multiple D2C accounts, from strategy through daily optimisation.
- Build campaign structures around ROAS, not vanity metrics — full-funnel, with attribution and CRO baked in.
- Take accounts from break-even to 3–4x ROAS and defend it as spend scales.
- Partner with the copy and creative team on what to test, and turn data into the next round of creative briefs.
