Performance Strategist (Consulting – AI Startup Environment)

As a Performance Strategist, you'll operate at the strategy level of AI-driven organizational transformation. You will turn client performance data into business insight, align with senior stakeholders, and apply AI to execute the strategy you build. You'll utilize our in-house technology to help corporate teams convert behavioural patterns into measurable results and reach their KPIs. You will also work hands‑on with client participants every day, helping them develop new mindsets, behaviours, and habits. This role is for someone who wants to own results and operate as the brains of the work rather than its keyboard.

Performance Strategists will work in a hybrid model, with a minimum of three days per week in our downtown Toronto office.
