Summary:
The Personal Advisor (Grade I) is responsible for providing high-quality advice, guidance, and practical support to care leavers aged 17½ to 25, enabling them to successfully transition into independent adulthood. Holding an allocated caseload, the postholder manages complex and high-risk cases, develops and reviews Pathway Plans, and works collaboratively with young people, families, carers, employers, education providers, housing services, and partner agencies to improve life outcomes.
