Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Working on the calendar of the director/a
- Answering phone calls
- Preparing reports after the meetings
- Making travel arrangements (hotels, flights, transfers)
- Visa support
- Preparing files for signature
- Collecting invoices for the accountant
- Writing emails
- Coordination with suppliers
- Other daily tasks as requested
Requirements:
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Relevant experience minimum 1 year
- Computer literate at a user's level
- Stress‑resistance
- Time‑management skills
- Able to travel occasionally in Spain and outside of Spain
- Multitasking
- Being mobile as sometimes work is done out of the office at meetings/business trips
