Job Description

Job Scope – PA to Director (Purchasing & Operations)

  • Assist the Director in daily operations related to purchasing and stock management
  • Coordinate and communicate with suppliers regarding orders, pricing, and delivery schedules
  • Request quotations and compare pricing from suppliers
  • Prepare and follow up on Purchase Orders (PO)
  • Monitor stock movement and maintain stock records
  • Ensure goods received are according to order requirements
  • Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and supplier-related matters
  • Assist the Director in coordinating operational and urgent tasks
  • Maintain proper records for purchasing and supplier documents
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Director from time to time
