Coordinate meetings, business appointments and travel arrangements effectively and efficiently.
Liaise with internal and external parties on business issues proactively and independently.
To prepare and follow up project status by working closely with different team members.
Validate, leverage necessary information to ensure communication efficiency with various parties.
Serve as a helping hand driving special projects or events when needed.

BSc/BA Degree

5+ years experience in relevant role.

Capable of handling multitasks, to communicate efficiently and cross-functionally with all levels around the globe.
Ability to identify sensitive and confidential information and to handle with integrity.
