**Boeing Phantom Works** is seeking an experienced and motivated **Senior** **Systems Engineering Manager** (Level L) to provide technical leadership, people leadership, and execution support across our **St. Charles, MO** .

In this role, you will lead a team of approximately 15 Systems Engineering employees supporting a diverse portfolio of Phantom Works programs. You will help develop engineering talent, align staffing to program needs, strengthen cross-site collaboration, and ensure the team is positioned to deliver high-quality systems engineering solutions in support of Phantom Works mission needs.
