Pharmacist

**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure purchase and the safe and effective storage of medicine and pharmaceutical substances under his or her direct personal supervision;
- Ensure correct and effective record keeping of the purchase, sale, possession, storage, safekeeping and return of medicines or scheduled substances.
- Compounding and dispensing medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient’s drug distribution and advising patients on how and when to take prescribed medications.
- Keeping accurate records.
- Ensuring safe and clean working environment.
- Completing operational requirements of the pharmacy, including verifying order entries, maintaining records and removing expired and/ or damaged drugs from pharmacy’s inventory.
- Adhering to applicable legal rules, regulations and procedures governing pharmaceutical practice.
- Performing other administrative tasks when needed.
