- Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Rotational Saturday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

The Phlebotomist I / Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) serves as the face of the organization, interacting directly with patients to support their healthcare experience.
