LabCorp is seeking a **Phlebotomy Supervisor** to join our team in **Santa Rosa, CA.**
**Work Schedule:** Monday – Friday hours will vary between 6am – 6pm based on coverage needs; Weekend hours may be required as needed.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Supervise a team of approximately 20-35 or more phlebotomists working in Patient Service Centers and/or physician's offices in Berkeley, California area
+ Manage patient flow, wait times, inventory levels and information logs
+ Monitor monthly productivity and report any deviations as necessary
+ Coordinate phlebotomists' schedules through resourceful and creative thinking
