Job Description

Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist- Multi-department therapist. Will float between several clinical sites.
Provides comprehensive physical therapy services to the patient by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs. 
Experience meaningful one‑on‑one interactions with patients as you support their progress and see the impact you make firsthand. You’ll also benefit from reasonable productivity expectations within a supportive, team‑oriented environment.
Participates in varied Rehabilitation Services activities designed to enhance patient care and programs. 
Demonstrates advanced evaluation and treatment skills and has ability work in any department or location assigned based on rehab needs. 
Other duties as assigned.
