Physical Therapy Coordinator

**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our Physical Therapy Coordinator, you will help neonates, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients evaluate, develop, and implement patient treatment programs and serve as a clinical and discipline leader so they can achieve optimal physical function and benefit from high-quality, comprehensive rehabilitation care.

Every day you will perform patient evaluations according to department protocol, setting appropriate goals and developing relevant treatment plans. You will be expected to implement effective treatment, provide ongoing assessment and modify goals as appropriate, deliver patient and family education, ensure meticulous documentation, and foster strong communication and collaboration with the healthcare team.
