Job Title: Pilates Instructor (Reformer & Mat) Location: Ekyana Wellness Reporting To: Centre Manager Role Purpose To conduct safe, structured, and effective Pilates sessions (Reformer and Mat) aligned with client goals and Ekyana’s wellness programs. The role focuses on movement quality, posture correction, mobility, and core strength , integrated within a broader preventive health framework. Key ResponsibilitiesSession Delivery Conduct one-on-one and small group Pilates sessions Deliver Reformer-based sessions (if certified) and Mat Pilates Ensure correct form, alignment, and controlled movement Modify exercises based on client fitness level and limitations Client Assessment & Progression Understand client goals (posture, weight, injury recovery, mobility) Assess movement patterns and limitations Track client progress and adjust sessions accordingly Coordinate with dietitian and doctor for program alignment Safety & Supervision Ensure all exercises are performed safely Monitor client...
